Mandurah Village

Mandurah Retirement Village is located in Mandurah, a vibrant coastal city less than one hour’s drive south of Perth. With its beautiful natural surrounds as well as numerous restaurants and shops, warm, dry summers and cool mild winters, Mandurah is a great location for retirement living.

Mandurah Village was built in and adjoins our other retirement village estate, Coral Estate.

Mandurah Estate units are all single level and are comprised of 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry and separate toilet. The main bedroom is equipped with an ensuite. Also incorporated into each unit is a single garage under the main roof and a separate secure storeroom.

Transperth Bus services operate daily from Perth City, Fremantle and other major bus ports direct to and from Mandurah Transit Station. Further public bus services will operate regularly throughout the Peel Region as of July 2007. Mandurah will also be linked to Perth via the Southern Suburbs Rail, fast train service – just 48 minutes to Perth, and linking up with Joondalup, Fremantle and Midland.
