In the Strategy for Care RSL Care WA as an organisation identified six themes and have set objectives within these themes to work towards. Over the course of the next two years we will work towards achieving and attaining excellence in all that we do. By engaging staff and allowing them to be part of the decision making processes, it encourages participation, ownership and facilitation of improvements and objectives.
